HI - I'M CRAIG

I help guys over 40 get in the best shape of their lives.


From the high-intensity gridiron of the CFL to the gruelling endurance tests of Ironman competitions, I've lived a life fuelled by high level challenges. As an entrepreneur and Men's Health Coach, I've dedicated myself to being in top physical and mental fitness, but life threw a curveball when I turned 40. 

The combination of fatherhood and being an entrepreneur introduced a new kind of challenge — one that saw my health take a backseat
— as I spiralled into a cycle of eating binges and a glaring disregard for my well-being. This was my wake-up call.
