We'll work together 1:1 for 6 months and meet once a week for 45 minutes via Zoom, but you'll have unlimited access to connect with me any time to discuss any challenges or wins you encounter. You're not buying a coaching package or sessions, you're investing in yourself and buying results!

Once you've signed up, we'll create a recurring 30 to 45-min. zoom call each week to uncover the deep root causes of your overeating and weight gain.
