I grew up an athlete. I played wide receiver in the Canadian Football League.  Before that, I was named All-Canadian at university, broke multiple records, and spent a lot of time inside elite performance environments — working alongside the best strength coaches, nutritionists, and trainers in the country.

 

I thought I knew everything about training.  Then I turned 40.
